Wonder Years Crèche, Athlone are recruiting

We are currently recruiting qualified full time early year’s educators for our lovely and calm Full day care group as well as our toddler room.

Candidates must hold a minimum FETAC Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent and be able to work in Ireland. We offer CPD with external parties as well as in-house training.

In our service we look for candidates who are willing to show innovation, initiative and leadership, in return we offer a friendly fun and warm atmosphere whereby you, our team mate, are fully supported and given the tools you require to grow within our service.

Wonder Years prides themselves in providing a homely and loving environment with the intimacy of a family run  Crèche. We have been in business for over 21 years. We cater for children from 1 year to 12 years of age. We are open 51 weeks of the year from 8am to 6pm, each candidate will work an 8 hour shift. We have free on site parking. We have extensive outdoor grounds, which are maintained regularly and provides us the opportunity to work our programmes outdoors as well as indoors.

Candidates must hold a minimum FETAC level 5, in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent and be able to work in Ireland. Rate of Pay is decided on experience and performance and all staff have the opportunity for incremental wages. Candidates must have an energetic personality and be driven by the enjoyment and satisfaction gained from caring for and educating children. Experience is an advantage but not essential.
