Tusla Factual Accuracy Form

Following a review by the Early Years Management team in Tusla the Factual Accuracy form has now been amended and will include any disputed findings.

Therefore, the Factual Accuracy form can be used for any factual inaccuracies or any disputed findings and removes the need for any Registered Provider to write in separately.

The form has been updated on the Tusla EYI webpage and is now available to all Providers and for support organisations by clicking on the following link.

As can be seen on the form the addition of disputed findings is in red to highlight the change.
