Strokestown Community Playschool ltd is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant.
The role will require the successful candidate to:
- Provide administrative support for the management team.
- Complete accounts and clerical duties Essential Requirements & Qualifications:
- Candidate must qualify for Community Services Programme Funding
- Highly motivated with good team spirit
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable, flexible and ability to work on own initiative.
- One years’ financial/administration experience is desirable
. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent Planning and organisational skills
- Ability to handle highly sensitive & confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail Desirable
- Relevant level qualification
Competitive pay
- 15 – 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday, variety of shifts available from 8.30 am – 6pm
Closing date 7th July 2023
All positions are subject to Garda Vetting, ICPC & Reference Validation.
Start date 28th August 2023 following completion of a successful vetting process
