Programme Readiness Phase 2 Announcement for Service Providers
Dear Service Provider,
Following on from the release of Programme Readiness (Phase 1 – 29th May) 2020/21, the Department of Children and Youth Affairs and Pobal are happy to announce the launch of Phase 2 of Programme Readiness (Phase 2) for the 2020-2021 programme year this week.
In Phase 1, Services were able to complete pre-Funding Agreement (pre-contracting) tasks including PAU certification, and inputting organisation and service provider details, and Tusla registrations.
Services were able to update their profiles on the Early Years Hive e.g. add or amend portal users, bank account details and TUSLA registrations.

Phase 2 will see the release of Funding Agreements across all programmes (NCS, ECCE, CSSP/TEC Saver Programmes) and fees list and service calendar for CSSP/TEC Saver Programmes.
NCS and ECCE Programmes
Contracting for ECCE will be available on the Early Years Hive on 28th July and NCS will be available on the Early Years Hive on 31st July. A PDF copy of the NCS contract can be found under ‘National Childcare Scheme Contracting’ here and a copy of the ECCE contract can be found here.

CCSP and TEC Saver Programmes
The CCSP/TEC Saver Programmes will continue to be managed on PIP for the 2020/21 programme year. Contracting for these programmes will be available on 31st July.
