Preliminary Payments to ELC Providers in RECEIPT of Higher Capitation in 2020/2021

• Services with a Higher Capitation approval will be paid based on the Higher Capitation approval and Registrations made by the service
• Services who have not submitted an application but were in Higher Capitation in the ECCE 2020/2021 Programme Call and have received a preliminary payment will have the Higher Capitation preliminary allocation reversed from the ECCE payment scheduled for 15 October
• Services who have submitted an application will retain any preliminary Higher Capitation allocation but will not receive any additional allocation until the application is fully processed.
