Little Rascals Roscommon are recruiting Office Administrator/ HR Part time
Greet visitors and offer assistance where required.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
Perform accounting tasks including budget tracking and income/expenditure accounts
Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
Provide administrative support for the manager and operations team
Qualifications & Skills:
1 years’ Experience in a busy office setting
Ability to handle highly sensitive & confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication/strong attention to detail
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
Experience in Payroll (desirable)
Excellent time management skills / strong record keeping skills
Ability to multi –task and prioritise
Will need to be Garda Vetted for if successful for the Role
