Childminder learner fund bursary
The Department of Children & Youth Affairs (DCYA) will open the Learner Fund Bursary to Tusla Registered Childminders who are new graduates of a recognised Early Childhood Education and Care Full Level 5 or 6 award. If you are a graduate of a recognised Early Childhood Education and Care programme with a major award placed at level 5/6 on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) and achieved in the academic years 2013 to 2019 inclusive, please contact a member of our staff team to determine if you qualify.

Please note that childminders must have a DCYA reference number prior to applying for the Learner Fund Bursary. If you do not have a DCYA reference number, please click here for application form for DCYA reference number.
Roscommon County Childcare Committee will process and appraise Childminder Learner Fund Bursary applications in County Roscommon. Applications opened on 19th August and the deadline for submission of applications is 27th September 2019.
